Could this Royal be the one whom Harry (mis)quoted?

Still don't understand the nit-picking or how it is relevant to the topic.

emmie, I haven't listened to it but I have been thinking about the whole 'colour' thing. When my wife was pregnant we used to speculate about how the baby would look - eye colour, hair, big and lumpy like me or petite like my wife. The wider family joined in - I expect that is the same for every pregnancy. If my wife and I were different skin colours no doubt that would have discussed too - without malice, just curiosity. Would he take after his grandparents, or hers?
Surely that can be discussed without causing offence?
Not the same as saying 'Oh heck, I hope he comes out a whiter shade of pale'.

From what I can make out, Lady C is saying that no-one mentioned colour, that is Prince Harry's misinterpretation of what was said by Princess Anne, who has objected to MM joining the RF as she feels her character would not be suitable. H has then told M and between them they have decided it is racist.
