From memory none of the Nats on this site have ever attempted to answer these questions, probably because they can’t, so I’d be surprised if they start now.

EXARMY, Irish folk in the UK don't need to register so there is no reason for the same not to apply to Scots after independence.

Think we should just let them go. Ten percent of UK population. No natural resources to speak of. Let them have their fantasy of independence within the EU.//

Agree.
//Irish folk in the UK don't need to register so there is no reason for the same not to apply to Scots after independence.//

Yes there is. They cant have their cake and eat it.
Scots residing in England Wales and NI will remain UK citizens so no need for any registration.
Yes its only the ones that dont want any part of the union and reside north of the border that should have a visa.
Once departed from the Union there will have to be a Scottish passport (dount they have considered the implication of that ) and it is those that would not have indefinite leave to stay in the UK. No dual Nationality and sponging of the Union (NHS etc).
Genuine question. What can Scotland offer to the EU?
"No dual Nationality and sponging of the Union (NHS etc)."

As Irish citizens can use the NHS, are they spongers?

Loon, the Irish are fine people not whinging and that is a long standing agreement.

If Scotland want to be Independent then so be it but already we see you want your cake and eat it. Why am I not surprised.

As far as I am concerned Nationalist Scots are not welcome in the UK. All other are.
Correct TTT.

Not thought this through at all have they. But as we can see above they think then can leave and use whatever they like, at UK tax payers expense.

I saw a piece on TV in the lead up to the election with a roving reporter stopping people in Glasgow asking whether they wanted to stay or go, and of the half dozen or so (and I fully accept it was only a handful before the indignation starts) those that wanted to stay were well spoken and appeared pretty intelligent, and those that didn’t, didn’t and were chavs.

Just sayin’.
