That ship has already sailed when Musk opted to build his European Gigafactory in Berlin. He chose Germany over the UK due to Brexit.
Tesla do quite a bit of business in the UK, so he might be looking for a small assembly plant, to put together models manufactured in Germany and convert them for right hand drive.
Also, a network of Tesla branded Charging Staions needs to be built, so his visits will likely be to see how much money the Government will give him for that.

The present fall in bitcoin was because Tesla stop accepting it as payment because of environmental concerns. That led to speculation that Tesla was selling/ had sold its bitcoins, which Musk this week denied.
