I wonder if they are illegal immigrants?
I bet they hadn't been vaccinated and were on the way to Scarborough for Bank Holiday.........might even have come from Bolton or Blackburn.

I don't think there is such a thing as an Illegal Immigrants now Woof , once they step ashore here they very really get deported and if you have a criminal record you seem to be in a even better position to stay
If convicted of dangerous driving he will probably be disqualified.

He will definitely be disqualified. The offence carries a mandatory disqualification of twelve months minimum, followed by an extended re-test before being allowed to drive as a qualified driver again.

What sheltered lives you must all have led. As a teenager was in a car with 8 others many times. And before you ask, no I'm not an illegal immigrant.
In the mid 60s there were 8000 road deaths annually, in 2013 there were 1700. I think that speaks volumes for the advances (by legislation & otherwise) in road safety.

This is a real problem with some communities, they should attach ANPR to all fuel stations, not insured and MOT - no fuel.
I remember back in the mid-70's, we got 14 people into a Ford estate car on the way back from a football match; 13 from the football team plus the driver. Yes, we'd won the match!
