A lovely story and so nice to know she was born a free citizen and will go up in a country free of tyranny, will receive an education and will have opportunities she would otherwise never have had. I wish her a happy, long and prosperous life and yes indeed the heartwarming story of the way she came into this world will be something she can delight people with...

Is that how you see life, TTT?
hang on, isn't she a Kuwaiti citizen then? These scroungers should seek asylum in the nearest country not think they can just walk into Britain.

what are you on about athiest/jno? I thought it was a lovely story in among all the depressing stuff. You lefties need to throttle back your hate.
I thought it was a lovely story too. A nice video about it on the Mail site.
The main thing is this little family are now safe, the female baby would have no future in Afghanistan, so welcome little
Havva x
Question Author
sometimes I just don't understand why the left are so nasty.
Equally, I can't understand why politics are brought into a story about a baby born at 35000ft
Glad she and her family are safe.

Havva is also a Turkish name meaning weather or air.
TTT; you suggested that the baby would eat out on her birth story for the rest of her life. Were you pleased about that, or did you think that it would be a bad thing?
Question Author
athiest: it's a common standard phrase, I meant nothing by it, that's in your head me old china. Do not judge me by your own lack of standards.
I wish Havva a safe and happy life - what a wonderful story, thank you.
In fairness, I think jno and atheist just misunderstood the OP. I'm sure Tora just meant that there's a story to be told for the kid, not that it's going to a cash cow for her.

Good luck the her and her family. I hope they find peace and happiness in the UK, like the rest of the evacuees we've taken on.
He meant dining out, not eating out.
Question Author
Mozz, I just thought that throughout her life it could come up, "I was born on am evacuation flight from Afghanistan to Birmingham" - you can imagine it in the future. I once won a beautiful baby contest and that comes up now and again, that's what I was thinking, I didn't need the chuckle brothers trying to denigrate my intentions.
And theres silly me thinking you had to be born inBrum or have a parent from Birmingham to be a brummie, well thanks to 3t ive learnt something today.
I know what you meant and that's how I interpreted it. I guess your past anti-immigration stance made it easy for the others to misread your intent. For the record though, two people do not represent "the left". They just represent themselves. No need to bring politics into it at all.
I guess it’ll be great for the girl……. as long as she doesn’t greet people she meets with “awlroit aaar kid”….
sometimes I wonder why the right can't see a tongue in a cheek...

Perhaps I should just spray lols and smileys around just to make the message clear.
Question Author
don't try and back peddle jno, you're busted, end of.
hogwash, TTT, it's never been me who calls refugees and asylum seekers scroungers, because I don't believe it. So if I say it, you can bet I've got my tongue in my cheek.
