Its interesting but unfortunately I cant see how it will scale to sort out the Oceans. But maybe some other brighter spark than me can come up with a solution.

I really think pollution is where we should be concentrating our efforts rather than so call Global warming, or whatever it's called this week. Many of the solutions will cross over but pollution is real and can be seen rather than ever changing computer models that I think after Covid people will struggle to believe.
