Cressida Dick
My goodness this woman has some neck. She has the nerve to talk about this murder having brought about a lack of trust in the Police as if it wasn’t lost before thanks to Operation Midland and the murder of Jean Charles de Menezes ,in which she was complicit.

They said they would look into the lack of progress in that (why he was still on the streets) but we have heard nothing.

The one that revved me up Grumpy was, that whilst women(only certain women) are not safe to walk the streets of London, the Mayor insists that he needs "special" protection because he is in danger due to his religious leanings. Are we busy importing his "special" protection force, whilst ours is being emasculated to the point of liability?
oh nominative determinism - Dr Death the pathologist
I quite liked Ed Balls - he had them !
The point is - the police have an insight into the issue
and not just think - well they would say that, they are all criminals
It is being used like Shipman - where Donald Irvine said to his eternal disgrace - that 5% of doctors were killing their patients and Revalidation ( an expensive paper chase but he thought his passport to the Lords and his brainchild) would fix all that
they werent (5%) and it didnt ( revalidation, do anything ) and he didnt ( get to the Lords)
If you think about it - there are no Wayne Cousens out there because there isnt a trail of dead and disappeared young leddies. Rather obvious really but the case is being used to enforce reform ( probably needed)
