Biden is attempting to call the shots on N.I. Macron is is capturing British fishing vessels, 1,000s of economic migrants are entering the county daily & anarchists are blocking motorways & causing mayhem, (& at least 1 death)

Is it not time for the British Prime Minister to 'man-up'?

Blair and his spouse are basically nasty pieces of work and still causing mischief. Sadly, I was stupid enough to vote for him. I'm in agreement with Mozz on this.
We let the man, who should be leading us, be driven away from Parliament by the left wing press. Led by the tax sponsored, propaganda wing, of the marxist rabble. The Boris Brexit Covid screech owls were relentless in hunting him and making life unbearable for him and his family. To our shame and cost we let them. Darling Nigel, the man who broke the woke and the EUSSR, is the leader we should have had.
We get what we deserve. A spineless nation whining but doing nothing. We can expect nothing less. We are a natural target for bullying.
The only way 'darling Nigel' would of been able to get close to been PM would of been to join the Tory's since UKIP as only ever got one seat as AFAIK, or is that what you were saying, he should of been in The Conservatives Party?
Two seats, but both were sitting Tories who defected.
Thanks ickheria. I was referring to Carswell a Tory who defected to UKIp and then won a bye-election as a UKIP candidate did'nt he?
I tend to agree in a way David Small. We have been too nice for too long. Sector calling the French our friends, they never have been and never will be. A very strange and self satisfied nation.
But whatever, theres no way Farage would of got to be PM in UKIP

Thanks ickheria. I was referring to Carswell a Tory who defected to UKIp and then won a bye-election as a UKIP candidate did'nt he?”

That’s right. And the other one was Mark Reckless. Both won by-elections and Carswell unlike Reckless was returned at a general election so in that sense he was unique. There was no love lost between him and Farage

A lot of Tory MPs seem to agree that it's time for decisive action, with Johnson's ratings slipping away he & the country needs a "Falklands moment";

Plus the sainted Douglas Murray goes as far as to say Johnson is leading the country "back to the 70s" ;

I find it repulsive how many people who were crawling all over johnson and getting their tongue between his toes a few months ago are now dead set against him... you were all warned, but you wouldn't listen... now all of us are stuck with him because the tories foolishly gave him leadership of their party and lots of ordinary people cheered them on... not so funny now is it.
Isnt it amazing how tory voters keep getting screwed over by voting tory and then get into a mad dash to blame everyone else... "the left"(tm), refugees, trans people, scientists... everyone except the people who hold power...
i voted Tory and would do so again, i have no faith whatsoever in Labour with SKS in charge.
Blame the voters and the party politics they voted for.
As TTT would say "End of"
//Isnt it amazing how tory voters keep getting screwed over by voting tory //

I'm not being screwed over. I would like us to become tougher, but if we do, say, by refusing to rescue boat loads of people coming from France, the bleeding hearts will have a field day with the 'inhumanity' of it all. I like Boris but he can't win whatever he does. I think he's had the worst and the toughest job of any Prime Minister since the war, he's getting scant thanks from the sour-faced for trying to do that job, and I will continue to vote Tory. Anything else and EVERYONE will be well and truly screwed over so be careful what you wish for.
as they say in Parliament, Hear Hear, Naomi...
Thank you, my Honourable Friend .... as they say in parliament. ;o)

When a government is this scared of making bold moves or is captivated by the arguments of its opponents then it is hardly surprising that the country looks like it is sliding backwards all these decades. [ to the 70s] Across the country in recent weeks a group of rabid and extremist protesters from Insulate Britain, an offshoot of Extinction Rebellion, have been blocking major roadways, an echo of the disruption ushered in by the strikers of the 1970s.

They are a pest and a menace. Yet these people who have been literally trying to block the economic arteries of our country have been getting away with it. Policemen stand around observing the pandemonium as though they are recording the events for some future purpose. Others negotiate with the occasional road-sitting granny, as though she were a jihadi with a suicide vest ready to blow.

It has been members of the public who have had to do what the police will not do and haul these wretched nuisances out of the roadway. Often, happily, by the scruff of their necks. Why should the public have to do this? Only because this Government lives in fear of telling the police what they need to do. Just as they live in fear of telling the NHS what to do.

Douglas Murray. D.T. today
er - is one allowed to say "man up" these days, shouldn't it be "person up"? Just askin'
