bobbi sigh as much as you like but the Real IRA are still very much a Terrorist organisation. It would make more sense they were involved, taking into account the date and time the explosion went off. Unlike you I'm keeping my mind open. 35 years ago the automatic thought when a terrorist attack was announced would be IRA ( white Christian) now its Black Muslim.
Spicerack -It turns out he had an inclining of what was going to happen so took the taxi to a near empty car park , jumped out of the car, locking the door as he exited. They then detonated the device ( which did not fully go off) and he was injured in the blast. If this is true, the man deserves the George Cross.

emergency services attended the scene rather than decamp two miles away - - so lessons from Manc may well have been learnt....
The zero responders MUST attend because there is good evidence out of Manchester ( again ) that the first responders will cower behind walls for a few hours....
