in the kangaroo court of AB, do we NEED proof? all we need is for Miss X or Mr Y to holler loud enough. - and the desired effect is for Miss X or Mr Y to holler afterwards without fear of ridicule untrammelled - such is Freedom of Speech
oh people are asking above the hub-bubb of outrage and offence - whether Stan can sue for libel? I think the outraged alleger is covered by witness immunity myself

As often happens, this has been spun by the media to create a specific impression of the parties involved - and it does indicate that Ms Noakes is not seeking attention, or money, or that she is in fact 'muck raking' - a decision handed down by at least one contributor on ths thread.
