My all girls school classes were named after females in history, Nightingale, Darling, St Joan can't remember the others. A lot of primary schools now are naming the classes instead of just boring 1C , one school I worked in the classes were named after breeds of sheep, nothing too divisive there. My grandsons classes are named after animals. How long before 'fox' is banned for not being vegan? :) Sorry!

Firstly, no one has been cancelled, simply some changes made and it may change again in the future, who knows.
Do those who are against these type of progressions want to see an end to pupil involvement in the day to day matters of their school?
