There is no guarantee a replacement could do any better.

I know its pantomime season but dressing up like he did the other day ( police officer) is not improving his image, just making a laughing stock of himself, his belly was hanging below the uniform provided. And if he does end up going, I doubt he will make a living giving after dinner speeches like many of them have done in the past.
