Do you ever put your head in your hands and despair?
A female volunteer turned up to collect food from a food bank container. She was assaulted by three men, hit in the face and knocked to the ground.
Why?
So the men could steal the food from the food bank container.
So very sad, isn't it.... :-(

I collared the security guard and asked him about it.
Apperantly someone else had blatently been going in and saying that they are from the foodbank and taking the food, no question asked.
Since this incident, the security guard has ascertained (via security cameras) what time the thief has been collecting our food.
(its the day before our scheduled collection)
Said guard has been going into work an hour earlier and monitering security cameras at about the same time that the thief had been collecting.
No more thefts since.
So, 2 questions...
1) Is someone in the store tipping him off?
2) Why the hell do Aldi, of all places, have a security guard?
