apparently the Aussies don't think so, since they allow exemptions (as Britain does).
And he’s not the only exemption made by the Australian Open.

Interesting, he plays by the rules but still gets grief. Perhaps the rules need changing?

The problem with a blanket ban is it might discriminate against those who for one reason or another it would be unwise to have the vaccination(and there are some). Although, of course, we really dont know his medical background and neither should we.

Allegedly, they are far more susceptible to the negative side effects associated with the vaccine.
And, of course, being young and fit are unlikely to suffer from the worst symptoms of Covid.
I'm open to correction, but I was under the impression that Djokovic has already been ill with covid. If so, he will have antibodies - probably better ones than you get by vaccination - so why does he, or anyone who has had it, need to be vaccinated?? Scratching my head here - unless I'm wrong of course and I'm sure someone will enlighten me.
