The most bizarre banner I think I've ever seen

It's quite clear this person is a man. Will the achingly right on AB, like Jim and SP (and the Ab Editor) refer to him, and it's clearly a him, as him, or will they get so wrapped up in ignoring the obvious they'll refer to him as her?

I'm very pleased to hear that, mozz.

But their insistence on being referred to as women and being treated as such (ably assisted by many politicians) will exacerbate that danger.

Leaving aside the potential for crime, there are very many areas where women would not enjoy the presence of men (and vice versa, for that matter) and they are adequately listed in the Equalities Act. Who, for example, would be happy to learn that Lia Thomas, a 22 year old fully intact male swimmer, was roaming around the changing rooms where their ten year old daughter was getting dressed? But that's exactly what would happen if the trans lobby had their way. Mr Thomas apparently is not averse to roaming round naked in the female changing rooms. He identifies as a woman and that, apparently, is all that matters. I don't think that "lunatics running the asylum" adequately describes the ridiculous situation that has now arisen.

They do have their way, nj... which is what the problem is now. You remember that girl guide camping trip? Where all the parents were furious that their daughters were sharing a tent with a male leader- and they weren't allowed to be told beforehand?
It's all been done with so much deceit and stealth, silencing and threats, that people only just seem to be seeing what is actually happening.

Judge, I agree, that's where everything gets blurry, and I really don't have an answer to it. I edge towards the opinion that it has to go with "current genitalia" but I know full well that isn't going to please everyone. You have to look at the greater good, and the welfare of others has to be of paramount importance.

men who still have a penis should be in mens prisons if they break the law, simple as that.. and men who dress up and still have a penis, should only be allowed to use mens to changing and toilet facilities. equality works both ways, for the safety of both parties, i would not care if a guy dressed up as woman stood next to me in using a urinal less they started checking my tackle, then it would be personal to me and i would erm, knock them out..

its a very gray area as men can take advantage of im a woman and can use womens facilities, not saying a lot would do that..but some will
and have done already, it would be ludicrous to have or build trans facilities or prisons, but it remains that some will take advantage for deviant sexual purposes, almost a green light get out of jail free card.
