With Bush nowhere to be seen, friends in Canada and the US told me that Tony Blair was the prominent spokesman on all their news reports. When it comes to the crunch, this country is always at the forefront. Shame you can't find it within yourself to abandon the vitriol and acknowledge that, Gromit - and even to take just a little pride in 'us' for once. Boris has played what they call 'a blinder' here. There's no doubt about that.

I disagree. He runs down the government, not the country. "Anti-British" is a blanket term you turn to whenever anybody disagrees with you politically.

" - not true as I've said many times, I welcome debate but I will always challenge people running down the country all the time. People like gromit put a negative spin on everything from sports to economics.
