Thanks for that, Corby. To be honest I had no idea what her terms of reference are, but what you describe makes it perfectly fair to enquire into general behaviour. To be honest I think an enquiry on those lines will be of far greater benefit than simply enquiring into Covid breaches. It has become apparent during these revelations that excessive boozing in government offices seems to be quite the norm. Bearing in mind, as I said, few large (or small) organisations allow any alcohol on company premises these days, it seems once again a case of the rules that bind everybody else do not apply to politicians and their aides. And that's the real issue with "Partygate".
