He's damn right they don't. David Davis suggest this (without specifying a willing country) about 4 years ago, and so did Nigel Farage. It has worked in Australia & it will work here.

//Hopefully all that will stop, NJ. Straight off their dinghies and straight on a plane is the way to go.//
Absolutely no chance.
//…it isn't about that, it's going to be a powerful deterrent; once the word is out that cross over & you'll be sent to Rwanda,//
If that were to be the case I would agree. Unfortunately quibbling about logistics is important. These people will have to be taken into custody in order for them to be deported. No court is going to countenance that because the UK does not view arriving without leave to arrive as an offence (even though it is perfectly entitled to do so). If they were subsequently rounded up (another big “if”) there would be lawyers a-plenty queuing up to defend their right to remain.
//Why Rwanda? Wasn't that a hell hole a few years back?//
Because they’ve been offered a load of Wonga. Yes, it was a Hell Hole (not that long ago) and is probably now not much better. That’s one of the main reasons why appeals against deportation there will almost certainly succeed.
The chances of widespread success with this scheme are close to zero. In a few months’ time we may see one plane load lined up on the tarmac ready to go before a judge grants an emergency order preventing the flight. Then the government will blame the courts. I forecast the number of people forcibly removed to Rwanda for “processing” to be less than a dozen and I would be surprised if it’s as many as that. Then the scheme will be quietly scrapped (but not before Rwanda has received the usual “retainer” for offering their services). Meanwhile the taxpayer will continue to foot the ever-increasing bill (currently £1.3m PER DAY) to cope with this scandal.
//NJ why do you write yuman rites instead of human rights//
Because, when told that migrants cannot be deported because of the Human Rights many people, not all of them idiots, suggest their “Yuman Rites can be stuffed where the sun doesn’t shine.”
Absolutely no chance.

Use of the terms bednobs mentioned is to express the dislike or contempt that some people have for the concepts involved. To get the full flavour, you have to imagine the scornful tone of voice and the facial expressions that that would be used by those whop do it. It's a way of being insulting to people without actually addressing issues.
