In one sense I find the whole Partygate thing a bore, but after Labours continual attacks against number 10, & calls for Boris' resignation, I relish seeing the hypocrisy of the man exposed, & he must face the music & answer these questions.

The CPS decides if there MIGHT be case to be answered based on the evidence put before it to go before a court, it doesn't pass any judgement beyond that. In this case there is clear photographic evidence that it is reasonable to suggest that the law (regardless of whoever passed that law) has been broken.

Boris was present at his place of work (which is also his home of course) whereas Captain Hindsight was not at his own place of work at a time when people had been instructed to work from home. Why was he in Durham anyway? Was it crucial for him to be in an office so far from his own workplace?

I believe his flat is above no. 11 - but that is just a tad closer than Durham is to Holborn.

There are two front doors with 10 & 11 numbers screwed to each one, but they "broke through" internally, long ago.

Apart from the trad. pic. of the chancellor leaving from 'no. 11' with the red, budget briefcase, you never seem to see much activity around that doorway.
