Yup, Boris delivered an election win, and got Brexit done (but the fudge is tearing Northern Ireland apart), and reduced the impact of covid with the various vaccines (credit to Matt Hancock's "gamble" and some great British (and foreign) pharma firms).
But (and it's a big "but") he can't be trusted. He denies, then he lies, then denies he's lied. Eventually, like a angry teenager, he has to give an grudging, insincere apology.
He has few friends in politics and eventually he will become an election liability and will have his "et tu Gove / Truss / Rishi" moment.
