Yeah but May was mucking up by capitulating to the EU, she had to go. Boris merely was present at something which certain folk considered allowed under the law and others didn't. Hardly a reason to get him out.
I thought it was the left who were the poltroons? Or can’t you make your mind up?
As I’ve said elsewhere, the irony is that a week after the PM changed the ministerial code to suit his own ends, the 1922 Committee are now doing the same in order to speed his exit.
Doncha just lurve democracy? Lol
Who knew there were so many 5C lefties in the Tory back benches?
where have I said that fatticus? you really should try and read what people actually write rather that making up stories. You sound like what you accuse the PM of. The Poltroons are the ones who don't have the guts to back their leader over trivia in the face of all the big ticket items he has got right,
Here's a list of all who put letters in. Can't be arissed trawling through their bios to determine their stance on Brexit, but just a quick read through some of their statements would indicate many have been with Johnson all the way until now.
The vast majority ( 170) of those who made a vote of confidence in Boris are on his pay role. Gosh, that's a lot of brown envelopes Admin are going to have to fill today.

The only thing they want is for him to do one.
