The Queens Visit

On a recent visit by the queen to our local hospital Her majesty required that she meet some patients. The patients were informed of this and told to mind their behaviour.
The queen approached the first patient and enquired "and what is wrong with you my good man?"
The man replied "well your majesty I have got this great big boil on me dick!"
The queen was quickly ushered away by staff and ended her visit.

2 weeks later Prince Charles was making the exact same visit and again wanted top see patients. The prince approached the same gentleman as before and asked "and what is your complaint my good fellow?"
"I have a great big boil on my leg sir" he replied
The prince looked at him and said "oh, the one on your dick cleared up did it?"
