According to google, there are around 180,000 entitled to vote. A poll of only 730 of them, 15% of whom were don't knows, is hardly 'knocking it out of the park'.
Don’t like her Tora, too much like Thatcher ( shudder)

proportionally much bigger sample that for any other election Naomi. If if all the don't knows go with Rich, she still wins. I know which side I'm happier to be on.
I don't think Liz Truss is anything like Margaret Thatcher, personally, and economically in fact there is a good argument for saying that Mr Sunak is the true heir to Thatcher.

I was interested to hear a party member on the radio this morning saying he thinks MPs should be deciding this, and I agree, even if it would lead to the person I like less getting returned.
^
That's probably had ttt choking on his cornflakes, Bobbi.
Agree Bobbi, can’t stand her, it’s only the Conservative Party members that do.

09:39: "Do like her Tora, too much like Thatcher ( Hooray) " - that's a huge compliment for anyone bobbi. You can't be too thin, too rich or too much like TGL.

"I was interested to hear a party member on the radio this morning saying he thinks MPs should be deciding this, and I agree, even if it would lead to the person I like less getting returned. " = yeah well they would wouldn't they.
"You can't be...too rich..."

Isn't that the reason you gave me for your intention to vote against Sunak?
What do you mean "they would, wouldn't they"?
Ich I see Sunak as a Blairite, his mannerisms etc , both candidates are not who I want to lead the party I’ve voted for should there be a GE
Surely it goes a bit deeper than mannerisms (!)

ken: "Isn't that the reason you gave me for your intention to vote against Sunak? " - Not really but as I'm sure you know I was quoting from a personal point of view.
Yes of course it does but I see him as being ‘Oily’ that would slither himself out of situations just like Blair before him did, in other words, I don’t trust him
I quite like Liz Truss. I have no idea why: I think it amounts to the fact that I suspect she can tongue-lash Russian ambassadors in a way I imagine Sunak could only dream of.
But, as the Con Party member I referred to earlier was saying, I don't know either of them and therefore feel it is the people who DO know them who should be deciding.
I haven't been paying much attention due to personal issues but what have they both put on the table?
Brought to the table, I mean!
Question Author
ich, we know the party would go for Sunk so from a purely selfish point of view I am grateful the MPs don't decide.
Starmer has already ordered a box of Stella and a Vindaloo.
