The Donald Is Back!
Great speech, straight from the heart, no baloney, & no autocue. Sleepy Joe, be afraid.

The voters in America will once again have to make a choice. It will not be influenced by the narcissist rage of a few wannabe opinion brokers on an obscure website in a foreign Country. They will have to choose between a candidate with a brash and and guileless personality who has America's best interests, and therefor theirs, at heart and as the core of his...

there was a lie in the first few sentence. He claimed he made america great again. As the outgoing president he shouted loudly and longly that America did not have free and fair elections, that their democratic processes were flawed were open to abuse and had been abused, thus admitting it was no better than some central american/african dictatorship. In the eyes of the world, this does not make any country "great" imo. I'd also like to know where he got his "worlds most secure border" info from

Lol, forgive her, she has a thing for narcissistic blondes who are vague with the details, clearly way beyond help.
Facts and truth are strangers, but I often do wonder which world these people inhabit as it’s clearly not Earth?

I'm not talking about the people that voted for him khandro. I think they were misguided at that point, but not yet deluded.
I said 'at this stage' meaning people who having witnessed the coup attempt playing out still continue to support him.
I'm not specifically talking about the jan 6 riot either. I mean the whole thing which actually started sometime before the election.

Precisely. All over the place,
If you remember, also he said back in February that Putin's plan to annexe Ukraine was a "great idea" and compared it to the US securing its southern border. Then in the next breath he said that it wouldn't have happened if he'd been president, so presumably it suddenly became a bad idea.

With regard to his saying there was no inflation,
"CPI — The Consumer Price Index rose 7.6% under Trump — continuing a long period of low inflation that appears to be coming to an end under Biden, as supply chain problems and other factors drive up costs.
The CPI rose an average of 1.9% each year of the Trump presidency (measured as the 12-month change ending each January), according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That was about the same as the average under Obama (1.8%) and below the average of 2.4% during each of George W. Bush’s years."

/The panel released the 3:40-minute video as a followup to its final summer hearing last week, in which the investigators showed outtakes from Trump's videotaping of the speech. In the outtakes, Trump becomes frustrated and discusses the wording with the staff present, including Ivanka. At one point, he tells them, "I don't want to say the election is over." Angry, he pounds his fist.
The committee is releasing the additional material in an effort to push out even more evidence after eight summer hearings laid out findings from more than 1,000 interviews in its yearlong investigation. Members of the committee say the investigation continues, and they will hold more hearings in the fall.
They are aiming to convey a consistent message about Trump and his actions before, during and after the insurrection — that he repeatedly lied about widespread fraud, even against the advice of his closest aides, and sparked the violent actions of his supporters. And when the rioters broke into the Capitol, he did nothing to stop them/
Khandro,
All that aside, can you tell me another time in the history of the USA whereby a President advocated and actually encouraged others to physically harm and even hang his own Vice-President?
Or are you denying that those events happened too?

Whether he made America 'great' again is a matter of judgement, but it was a hell of a lot better then than it is now under this administration. Everything he says is correct, the borders, employment, gun crime, homelessness, inflation, dependence on other counties for energy & more.
This lot tried for two years, spending huge sums on lawyers & investigative journos to link him to having some untoward connections to Russia, what did they find? - zilch! and they will find zilch in this enquiry.
A 'surprise witness' (I wonder who paid her?) says she heard so & so say such & such so he must have known - blah blah. That kind of 'evidence' wouldn't stand up for a moment in a court of law & it won't stand up in this enquiry.
And if you don't like Trump, save your vitriol for him if that is your wont, but don't turn it onto me in the form of a personal attack because you don't like what I say, try to act like an adult.
AnswerBank seems to be going to the dogs I fear.
