It is now claimed that the man who died was doing his dog walking job, walking a Bully XL, when he had a fit, collapsed and the Bully mauled his face.
The dog owner wasn't there.

The Bully was trying its best to perform mouth to mouth resuscitation, poor pooch hadn't been trained properly.
There are over 10 million dogs in the UK, and thankfully attacks on people are very rare.
Muzzling every dog is a sledgehammer to crack a very small nut.
Horrible breed. Probably belonged to a drug dealer.
