They got their nickname from their captives because there were 4 of them and they had British accents.

double jeopardy ( or autrefois convict - oh-ta-foyz akwit) is an issue so he cant be prosecuted er for whatever he was convicted of in Turkey ( seven years)

AMerica has to indict for a crime which is so far unprosecuted AND is a crime here

Authorities NOT overjoyed he is here, oh and before you ask, he only has one nationality
