Given the result of the Brexit vote, does she have a compelling case? I’d say she does but I guess it’s for the Supreme Court to decide? I wouldn’t like to see a break-up of the Union but it’s undeniable that Brexit has had a bearing on the whole debate.
Can’t help but feel the more Truss ignores her, the more Sturgeon can play on that attitude with the undecided.

It is a matter for Sturgeon and the Scottish people. Although she is an annoying activist, a vote would either redeem her or finish her off.
