No catering was to be included in the "offer" meaning that outside caterers would be required at what cost? Who supplies the catering? "Relatives" of the illegal immigrants, or the Home Office officials, or both? It would have meant making 25 people who do work there redundant! That in itself tells us just how much the wicked H.O. think of the populace.
