breaks off story about people dying in Indonesia after earthquake to tell us that FA won't tell captains to wear armbands - get your priorities right BBC!
It was right in the middle of someone from Indonesia explaining what was happening and they cut him off and said we've got some breaking news! Dozen dead and over 700 injured so far yet they think its more important to report on something to do with football.
The BBC is impartial. The BBC a news output falls over itself to ensure voices are heard to firm a balanced output - even if those are the voices of imbeciles.
Not sure this had anything to do with being impartial. Getting priorities wrong perhaps, but, sad to say, many viewers would be far more interested in anything football, and particularly England football, related than some tragedy thousands of miles away.
