Yes I do. If workers are not happy with their pay, conditions, etc. they can take their labour elsewhere leaving the employer free to take his job offer elsewhere

Yes, I think it was along the lines of protests that inconvenience people going about their business. There is no justification for it at all. Those inconvenienced cannot usually do anything about the protesters' grievance and I don't see any point in making a nuisance of yourself towards somebody with whom you have no dispute. There are plenty of outlets to air one's grievances these days. Just because it is a "right" does not mean it should be unnecessarily exercised.
