I’ve never understood why anyone would hate Meghan Markle anyway or for that matter Nicola Sturgeon. Clarkson makes a thing of tongue-in-cheek shock jockery. Which I’ve always thought a pretty low form of journalism - especially for someone who plainly has talents way above that level.
