The Kremlin has accused Boris of "Lying" when he said Putin had threatened him with a missile strike during a phone call in the run up to the invasion of Ukraine Boris said Putin threatened him and said .
"Boris I don't want to hurt you but, with a missile it would only take a minute".....or it sounded something like that , said Boris ........

yes.
Boris lies

Does BJ speak Russian ? Maybe the interp only said that for a joke
no Boris liar or not said - "he was speaking English and it was a short sentence...."
If his mouth was open, he was almost certainly lying.
Both sides are proven liars. You might as well flip a coin to decide it.
I sometimes wonder which side you lot are on.
I'm on the side of honesty and integrity.
And that’s Putin?

I think Boris learned how to lie when he started snuggling up to Trump. But Boris is now by far the champion liar. They just role of his tongue.
......."Pinocchio" Johnson
I watched the programme*, which was an excellent behind the scenes documentary of the build up to the war.

Johnson was undoubtedly telling the truth. What he said fitted in with what others were saying about Putin.

* The Boris bit wasn’t in the first episode broadcast on TV last night, it is at the start of the third episode which is on iPlayer.

Roll off his tongue.

Not ‘role of his tongue’ which is stupid.
I think telling lies being the "Role of Boris's tongue" is probably more accurate than some would like us to believe.
// I think Boris learned how to lie when he started snuggling up to Trump. //

Boris was telling lies long before he met Trump. He was sacked by the Times newspaper for lying in 1988.
Yes the first part of the series last night about Putin v the West didn;t really teach us anything we didn't already know, although there were some very interesting reflections from messrs Cameron, Barroso, Hollande, Ashton, etc etc.
And the Putin-Poroshenko confrontation in Minsk.
Putin pretending to go off and find out what "the rebels" would make of the deal "as I don't know them personally". Then agreeing a ceasefire, but carrying on anyway until they'd captured Debaltseve.
I cannot believe people are having an argument about whether Boris Johnson is a bigger liar than Putin mind you.
In a later episode Putin tells Ben Wallace he isn't going to invade Ukraine, but both sides know fine well it is a lie.

What an impressive man Franz Timmerman is.
Boris being honest

The thing about the OP is:
It was, of course, Putin who was lying :-)
Canary, I would have thought you'd say that's true.

//I cannot believe people are having an argument about whether Boris Johnson is a bigger liar than Putin //

I can. It's Boris so it's what they do. So much for honesty and integrity.
Exactly - you get yourself a reputation for being a liar and people question everything you say.
But they lie to do it, bhg.

Farage joins in by saying "As ever with Boris .
You know, lot's of personality ,lots of colour,
Good story. But when it comes to facts, when it comes to detail, when it comes to absolute truth, I think Boris's relationship with those things is somewhat loose,to put it mildly".
Any Abers think that Farage it telling the truth?.
In answer to the OP, I don't know. But it wouldn't surprise me if he was lying. Bojo the Clown always gives me the impression that he is taking the pi ss out of everyone and seeing how much he can get away with. Careless.

Wonder what the Constituents of Uxbridge think when they see their back bench Mp ,who seems to have appointed himself as the new Foreign Secretary flitting around the globe boosting his ego , instead of representing them in the UK
