My son in law was one of the many people who who drove from the UK to the Polish border with medical supplies clothing and toys , the gentleman on the extreme left is a Ukrainian National who accompanied them for the language and at passport crossings, I can’t help thinking that the Ukrainian people have been forgotten from the heady days of us sending supplies to them in what appears to be a severe Winter for them, hopefully Ich will tell us if this is or isn’t the case ?

In answer to Bobbi’s question, the support is still there! Naturally the initial impact wears off but heroes like your son-in-law are still active. In fact there are Brits (and others of course) in the country itself delivering aid. We of course lost young Chris Parry and his colleague in Soledar the other day.
I see Zelenskyy will meet Scholz and Macron in Paris later.
Something is going off in Kaliningrad just now: there are Nato surveillance aircraft plastering almost unprecedented monitoring on the area just now. Maybe nuclear willy-waving by the strategic rocket forces

There are a few world leaders who are pretty much duffers when it comes to public speaking: Zelenskyy is a trained performer, which might be more relevant

I have nothing but admiration for this man. As if he was born to be a leading statesman, remember he was an actor ! Stands so firm and proud, I sincerely hope he gets his happy ending and the world must help
