Zacs - I don't perceive that naomi 'admires' 'Robinson', rather more that her inate sense of fair play does not accept the level of hostility he attracts.

Personally, although I also have a highly developed sense of fair play, it comes under considerable strain when I try to apply it to an egotistical racist thug who makes it his business to provoke hatred and violence from like-minded idiots.

Why shouldn't I have written that, zacs? Credit where credit is due. I was delighted that someone had the courage to speak up against the foul abusers of those young girls when the police and the other authorities had, for the sake of social cohesion or some such politically correct nonsense, ignored it for years. No credit to them!

A fair point. 'Robinson' may well have highlighted the actions of the grooming gangs.

But my personal belief is that he was motivated, as I have said, not by the desire to save damaged young women, but because it chimed with his entire personality which is rooted in poisonous racism.

Appalling motives do sometimes, by complete accident, create good outcomes, but we should always be aware of trying to applaud the instigator for sound moral and laudable behaviour, when his motivations were far more base and venal.

The huge capacity for hatred from his critics here surpasses anything I've seen from Tommy Robinson. Dear god, Naomi I know you go though life wearing blinkers but saying that is beyond belief.

I admire the man who spoke against grooming gangs yet almost caused the collapse of a grooming gang trial. Don't really know what to say to someone who posts that.
