As i have stated anti-semitism or Jew hatred should have no place in UK hospitals.Or anywhere else for that matter.
Hospitals are for the sick, ill a d dying and is not the place for "Art and art Appreciation."
It should never be allowed to have been mounted.
Sqad; do you really think that having pretty or coloured pictures in a ward can't be beneficial to sick kids? I'm not judging the beauty of these plates, but you did seem to say that there should be no art at all, which I think is wrong.
Pretty or coloured pics, yes,Atheist.Propaganda painted by a Corbynista,no.
Pictures in Children's Wards in hospitals may.....may play a part in their recovery and well being...may....but I doubt it unless od course they are hospitalized for a long period of time.

In adult wards i am appalled at the informality that is allowed to spread among patients and staff and I regard these Art works as an example of the informal attitude that I abhor.
innafymmi; Why are you so indignant, and giving me the impression that you're being aggressive to me? Where is there any mention of Corbyn? Did you read the article? Regardless of all that, I've already said that I think a hospital is not a good place for stuff which might be upsetting.
Don't push an open door, and don't antagonise those who agree with the gist of your view.
Sqad;
Sorry, Sir Lancelot! Or should it be Matron?
And this post is about children's ward (I think).
Atheist....LOL.....just my views.
I've always imagined Sqad as a Sir Lancelot
Sandy; Which Sir Lancelot?
Sorry if i offended you Atheist. For some reason i always think you might be a Corbynista and all that entails.Again sorry.
Slightly portly, bearded, opionated, and self confident.

these artworks were certainly political but they were not anti-semitic...

does anyone disagree that palestinians are oppressed? if not then surely there's every reason for them to be political in their artwork?
Question Author
to put it another way... aren't people who are oppressed right to do a tiny bit of "harassing"?
They can paint whatever they like but the NHS shouldn’t be buying it and displaying it.
inna; I've always favoured Labour and I voted remain. I've no time for Corbyn and I'm not a commie or a 5C or a remoaner. :-)
Russia attacks Ukraine and we're all behind the victim's of the assault.
Israel continues to eat away at the Palestinian land and their freedom and most ignore their crimes.
Funny old world.
Propaganda,Untitled, propaganda.Didnt Goebbels also put out pictures of children being attacked by Jews.
Question Author
