Personally I would prefer Johnson to shut up and move on. Yesterdays man now and he needs to get that. We wont win elections while he carries on like this.

no problems with Jo being promoted, he's comparatively honest and sensible (though "being sensible" used to be insufficient grounds for being a peer). But Stanley? Sounds like a wind-up to me - possibly to draw the flak away from some of the people who really are on the list undeservedly.
