What normally happens when a political party expect to get slaughtered in an election is,they suggest a figure of losses very much higher than they expect .
Then when the real figure is announced it normally falls a lot short of their forecast fig, then they say they have won. But when Greg Hands said his party would lose 1,000 seats he never ever dreamed it would be even more. LMHO.

Con Chairmam Greg Hands tells party members. Labours success at the local polls is a wake up call and they have all got come together to stop Keir Starmer getting his hands on the keys to no 10. Perhaps he should listen to TTT who reckons that local election results ain't worth the paper they are printed on.

The Tories are definitely panicking at the local election results . Party Chairman says "I don't want to see the same results at next years GE" I don't want to see Labour supporters deciding what Britains future should look like . We the Cons, have got to pull together.
Why do so many voters who usually vote Conservative, vote libdem as a protest, they are more left wing than Labour, with their ridiculous green and identity politics.
Question Author
"Team Boris" is now in overdrive, since Sunaks astonishing election results. Allies of Boris are gathering again, while the Boris himself is remaning silent .....(miracle) His supporter want him back as PM to win the GE for them .
