TORATORATORA, "Blair lost 1150 in 1999"

The Tories have lost more before and after that date.

They lost 2,018 councillors in the 1995 local elections under John Major.

Theresa May lost 1,330 councillors in the 2019 local elections.
Yes, but your answer is using mathematical logic. Is that allowed...? :-)

Wonder how many more PMs the Tories will have between now an the GE ? I reckon it will be two.
Labour have to get the finger out and elect a new leader.
They should not wait too long either .

Anne 23.44 Spot on. How about one of the Milibands.
The one who has not already been Leader ?
I don't think they've got anyone suitable.
//Yes, but your answer is using mathematical logic. Is that allowed...?//

Logic has no place on AB.
Thought everyone would have known that by now;-(
gulliver, why would labour need a new leader if, as you say, they're already certain to win under Sir Keir Rodney Starmer?

05,29 .Neither had the Cons in 2019, but that still didn't stop you voting for him.
But Gulliver ..... with the outstanding majority that Boris won there was no question of a coalition ... but if half measures with scrape-by Starmer works you think that will be a 'win'. Very strange.

So you think that Sir Beer needs to go yet you are boasting on multiple posts how he's a shoe in. Even by your potty standards that a very garbled position.

......Things can only get worse..with this Tory govt
Interest rates to rise again today. Bet the families with mortgages are glad they voted... Con.
Never mind, Gulliver. You stick with scrape-by Starmer... that's if he lasts that long.
Even if SKS wins he wont be PM for long. The left will soon oust him and install the GOAS.
oh, look who getting all excited and wetting their nappy because of some meaningless polls...pathetic as always from the obsessed OP....
"ttt @ 21 55 Do try and think for yourself, instead of copying the female power crazy mod.. OK. Me old china."

keep it up, wont be long until you're well and truly kicked off of here...then who will you bore with your non stop incessant troll posts. and stroppy little sign offs..youve got more chance of a lottery win than finding anybody else to listen to you

Interest rates Spiraling under this Con govt.
Send for Norman Lamont he will sort it out.
No they are not spiralling, do you know the meaning of the word?

They are returning to normality and should settle around 5-6% (As I have said for the past few months). It's not rocket science just basic econimics.
Question Author
Mind you ,if you didn't have a mortgage in the days of Lamont and the Cons, it was a nice little earner at 15%.
