£65m of this money from PPE Medro and then he distributed it through a number of offshore accounts.
Mony herself recieved £29m, put into an offshore a/c for her.....My question is.
Why was she allowed to get away with this and never Brought to book.

The question you should be asking is who in the government sanctioned the payment of £200m for useless goods.

Unfortunately the buyer in this case does not have to be too aware because it's only other people's money they are dishing out.
