Of course he knew the figure, he was just far too embarrassed to utter it in from of Parliament.
It is 250,000, and figures out later this week (that Sunak also knows but won’t utter) show that has risen to the 300,000 mark.
He daren’t say because Tory Governments for the past 13 years have got elected by promising jobs for British people not immigrants, and for 13 years the have FAILED.

You claim a victory every week, but the Tories have languish far behind Labour for 18 months.
So even though you think they win every week (they really do not), it doesn’t seem to be registering with the voting public who think the Tories are toxic and do not intend to vote for them.
