Structural? The Minster will have to come down. It is a flagrant symbol of white supremacy and an affront to the peace loving, big hearted and exciting new incomers who did not want it there in the first place.

By doing so, the story suggests that this is a causal factor whereas the two facts may have nothing to do with each other.
