Why give them the benefit of doubt. Is it fair and right that local people should have the worry of people who are alien to this country wandering in their community. They come here with no documentation or proof of identity so the authorities' have no means of checking their past. That alone gives cause for concern as to why they are here and why they deliberately destroy proof of their true identity.
