Example 1. Clearwater Bay, guy phones in to say 3 black guys in his next-door neighbours house, the neighbour away. 'Don't do anything, we'll be there.' The guys go to leave, so the neigbour takes his rifle, shoots them, two dead one injured. Was he prosecuted - no.....'I was defending my neighbour's house as he asked me to keep an eye on it.' Even if the neighbour hadn't asked him, who wouldn't have said 'Yes, I did ask him'. Conclusion - Texan man's house his castle.'
Example 2. Houston's Westheimer - Road rage, two cars at a red light, car 2 winds his window down to go into a rage. Car 1, a luxury Mercedes driver, lifts for the pistol in his passenger compartment and fires it, plugging the driver of Car 1. When asked for the circumstances by th police, response, 'I felt threatened by Car 1 driver - and I'm a lawyer.' End of matter...... Conclusion - shoot first, ask later......
