The BBC News today keep showing pop ups of the Gazan Health Authority telling us that thus far 4000 children have died in the strip. This health authority is Hamas. Why don't they mention the amount of babys and young children were butchered by their terrorists  in October over the border in Israel. To them,and the BBC, it appears to be immaterial that they crossed into Israel and committed these atrocities on children which kicked off this tragedy.

Hamas started it and Israel are entitled to root out the vermin. Shame on those condemning that. The numbers of deaths being reported by Hamas are ridiculously exaggerated. Why stop at 4,000 children why not say 10,000 ?

Images keep being flashed upon the screen & you have really no idea of what you are looking at. There was a child covered in blood but looking closely there appeared to be no wounds & he appeared to be reciting what he had been told to say.

Who would film a child in such a state (in HD & sound) rather than clean and comfort him?

We will probably never know until the conflict is over but I wouldn't trust Hamas estimates. As a terrorist group they thrive on lies and misinformation

Whenever there is a major conflict such as that involving Israel and Hamas, claims and counter-claims will be made and some will be exaggerated.

 

The verified claims are horrendous enough without the need for others to make them appear to be worse than they already are.
