TTT = Jarg ? - the trouble is.... it is a report, and what usually happens is that the authorities ( poss perp) says "Oh no, we need evidence...otherwise we deny this clearly unlawful activity...."

( and in an english civil case I had, not involving dead people,  when  presented evidence, they er shrugged and said " OK we did then, so what?" )

Historically this occurred to the Brits on their 'way' ( rout) to Dunkirk. 1940 You kinda need survivors - as in the more infamous malmedy. In this case the perps were not prosecuted as they convincingly showed they had died at Stalingrad.

Tora it is getting a bit exhausting saying this to you over and over and over and over so please get it through your skull.... i have never ever ever at any time denied the hamas atrocities on october 7th and i do not support hamas in any way whatsoever... that is the truth and if you say otherwise you are objectively wrong. i have made this as clear as i can possibly make it.

This is not true, there is no mention of "civilians" in the link, they are referred to as Palestinian men.

Fake news I would say, and 'in front of their families' for added drama. How does that work?

Some seem to think that the events of October 7th are a licence for eternal slaughter and justification for any and all atrocities perpetuated by Israel and her forces.

got a little thought experiment for you ynna (not related to the OP, just because you always say the same thing)

person A breaks into person B's house and kills their entire family in horrible ways.
 

person B then enters the tower block where person A lives and burns it down, killing everyone inside including dozens of children and babies.
 

is person A responsible for what person B did?
