Banksy puts the art there for free, so they can't really charge them for stealing that.

Vandalism and theft of a road sign is the crime I would think.

@00.25.But couldnt Banksy also be arrested on a charge of defacing public property?If anyone else went around painting stuff on road signs you can be sure the cops would have arrested them there and then.
