I watched some of his performance online yesterday - I must say he came across as a bit shady.  His "not technically minded" claim is a totally irrelevant cop-out.

They're all a piece of work.

There is a lot of " I acted in good faith on the information given to me" - which I didnt expect to be a pack of lies

Some jail time is required for some.

The CCRC and appeal  court have separated Horizon  from false accounting - so if they fiddled the books ( er false accounting) to make Horison fit it was false accounting ( a pt made by Steve Bradshaw) and they were er guilty. and as such the court of appeal declined to acquit

it is a complete mess

including the insistence of judges and lawyers that it  requires many more judges and lawyers to put things right - triple fees all round

An ABer said he had kept an excel record and never thereafter had a problem

and in ELaine Tagg cottam's evidence -  she finally tells Wolstenholme to keep a manual  record

Beer KC battles through millions of 'I do not remember' including giving and signing documents ( as Steve Bradshaw)

I admit she is confronted with her witness statement para 12 for the fifth time in a two hours - I didnt write this and I have never seen this document before ( kinda hinky if it the fifth time) - -and he gives up
