Aside to the reasons etc does anyone know why he was called Stakeknife (as opposed to Steak Knife although even that seems a weird pseudonym).

Hi Lanx - I er hadnt noticed until now the wrong 'steak'.

The op itself was Kenova - handle, Kenqova - cute huh shows a magnifying glass.

I thought it was Canova - the sculptor of the Three Graces ( one version) and Napoleon
