After the first one I have  never 'stumped up'. Reason?  I found out what the money was spent on locally - and it wasn't, to my mind, necessary.  It's one of the reasons that I only give to small charities where I know how it will be used.

All these charities, but they never seem to get enough money. After the Bob Geldof one all those years ago, is Africa any better off?  I don't trust where the money goes, never have.

The charity that I, and others, devote a lot of our support to feeds and attempts to house people regardless of their ethnicity.
