Some of you won't want to look but for those that do I'd like to know what you think should be done about it because it seems nothing is despite the horror by many of the locals and them having to clean up the mess.

It was the top story an hour ago, now it's further down the page but yes I saw it and it made me feel sick - not just the scene but the fact the we walk amongst some incredibly vile amoral humans. It's a bit of a cliche and rant comment but those responsible should be found and publicly whipped.
